ABOUT US

What do we do?

TRIGEN cleans and sanitises a wide variety of scenes. They include amongst others:

  • Violent deaths (homicide/suicide/accidental)
  • Natural causes of death, injury or accidents
  • Trauma scenes
  • Traffic or industrial accidents

These incident sites are all regarded and defined as “biohazardous scenes”. Each poses its own dangers and usually has particularly nauseating characteristics. In the case of a violent death, there are bodily fluids to deal with, each tiny drop carrying germs, bacteria and, possibly, infectious diseases. The cleaners have to approach it as if it were carrying blood borne pathogens like HIV, hepatitis, herpes, E.coli , hantavirus and many more.

TRIGEN’s well trained personnel will complete the project thoroughly, within set deadlines, with compassion and at a fair price, whilst ensuring the safety of all influenced and affected parties. Our cleaning crews will remove and dispose of biohazard materials and ensure compliance with South African laws.

TRIGEN will:

  • Thoroughly clean the scene to return it to its pre-trauma state.
  • Dispose of all biohazard materials according to set health & safety regulations.
  • Assist with the completion of all insurance documentation.

TRIGEN has:

  • The necessary skills and training to deal with any type of trauma scene.
  • The necessary cleaning equipment and chemicals at our disposal, which are expensive and hard to come by.

TRIGEN understands:

  • All the dangers that one can be exposed to when cleaning a scene.
  • The emotional/stressful nature of the traumatic event and TRIGEN and its employees will treat all interested and affected parties accordingly.
